If you are new to us: you will be directed to create your file and fill out our form before being able to book.
YOU WILL NEED YOUR PET(S) RABIES INFORMATION.
When selecting the service you would like, please read the descriptions below to find what best services your pet would fall under. Once you’ve booked, we will need to approve your appointment. You will receive a text or call from us once confirmed or if we need to change anything. Color services must be communicated with us via phone call PRIOR to appointment. It is important to look at our color services tab for color information.

Don’t see an available appointment you’d like? Our software is limited in its ability to schedule larger slot dogs or multiple dogs. We may have availability sooner than it appears if you fall in this category! We can also sometimes accommodate outside of the availability listed in certain situations and with certain breeds/sizes.

If you have been to us before: Your file should show you what services you have received for your pet in the past. You shouldn’t need to switch the service you’re receiving unless switch from a haircut to a bath and tidy or vice versa. The label on your service has more to do with the time we have been allotting for how long your pup takes (the slot size) than the actual label of the service itself. Please call if you have any questions as this booking style is new to us too!
